Another Seismic Shift in Advertising

Did you feel that?  Another seismic shift in the world of marketing has taken place.  Over the last few years, we’ve seen the huge decline in newspaper and magazine advertising, and the huge rise of mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets.  This event isn’t as major, but it does show that the traditional world of marketing and advertising continues to change.

“The Walking Dead” completed the first half of its third season Sunday night as the most-watched scripted show on broadcast or cable in the coveted 18 to 49 age demographic.  A cable TV show beat all of the regular broadcast network programs on NBC, ABC, Fox and CBS, for the first time ever.
